An open invitation to breathe deeply, move freely, and think clearly—together.

In honor of International Day of Yoga, ONEYOGAHOUSE Founder + lululemon Ambassador, Anna Haddad, partners with Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy and lululemon to gather at Pier 1 Harbor View Lawn for a dynamic yoga practice and Sound Meditation.

The experience will begin with intention setting, breath work, and a Vinyasa flow experience that is intentional, fun, and guided by the rhythm of the breath. Participants will then be guided into a meditative state with a Sound Meditation. Using overtone-emitting instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, drums, etc. to down-regulate the nervous system, participants will leave with a sense of ease and clarity, reaching a higher level of joy, peace, and consciousness. 100 lululemon yoga mats will be gifted throughout the day, as well as special discounts by ONEYOGAHOUSE.

Note: We are all booked for this year but we appreciate your support; check back in case of cancellations and we will announce on our social media if slots open. Check out our weekly Waterfront Workout programs!

Session 1: Movement and Meditation with ONEYOGAHOUSE The Fiery, Blissed, + Still ONE:

Taking inspiration from Katonah, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Nada Yoga, join us through an experience of intention setting, pranayama, and lymph work towards a dynamic, Vinyasa flow experience that is intentional, fun, and guided by the rhythm of the breath. We will close out the session with a deeply restorative 30 minute sound meditation: first, we will prepare the body to receive the sound vibrations with additional breath work and vocalization; then you will be guided into a meditative state using overtone-emitting instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, drums, and gongs to down-regulate the nervous system, create a sense of ease and clarity, and reach a higher level of joy, peace, and consciousness.

Session 1 class is currently full.

Session 2: Movement with lululemon led by Joneil Adriano

This all-levels yoga class will start with a flowing vinyasa sequence to warm up the body and get your energies flowing.  Certain poses will be held a little longer to improve focus and concentration.  It’ll finish with deep relaxation, breathing and meditation exercises to create a well-rounded, spiritual practice.

Session 2 class is currently full.

Enjoy freshly steeped iced teas by Brooklyn Tea after lessons!
